Studio Info

Gilded Beauty is located inside of the Medallion Center, on the left when you pull down the street. We recommend parking in the first parking lot on the left after the cemetary. We are the last door at the end of the lot, where the handicap ramp is located. Please come right in and have a seat inside of our studio. Due to social distancing, we ask that you not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.

We are fortunate enough to share our floor with other business owners, and ask that you finish all phone calls before you enter through the glass doors. Thank you for your understanding.

Payments accepted: All major credit cards & Cash. Unfortunately, we cannot make change for large bills. 

Policies

CANCELLATIONS: We require 48 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment date, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of your total appointment amount. Repeated no call/no shows will result in termination of future services.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: Wedding Deposits: To secure a wedding date, a signed bridal contract and $50 deposit are required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be put toward the bride’s wedding day makeup, if the client chooses wedding day services. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event. Accepted forms of payment include: cash, check, and all major credit cards. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. (NOTE: Wedding dates are NOT booked until the deposit has been paid and received)

We not require a deposit on ALL appointments. This can be transferred only if you give us 48 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Any last minute cancellations or no-shows and the deposit will not be refunded. 

REFUNDS & 2 DAY RETENTION POLICY: There will be no refunds on any services. If you are having any issues after your service with retention, please let us know within 2 DAYS of your appointment. We will make any changes for free as long as you come in within 7 days from your appointment (we can work around hours and your schedule). This is the only window we will allow for retention concerns. If you choose to wait until your next fill then you are subject to normal fill policies and pricing. Please WASH LASHES DAILY – what happens if you don’t clean them every day? Layers of build up that cannot be cleaned off during your appointment accumulate, and we may need to reschedule. Buildup of skin/dirt/oils will suffocate your lashes and they will shed faster and fall out prematurely, and if buildup is continuous, they will be even weaker if/when they grow back. If this occurs, we will stop all fills and lash services and give your lashes a break. Layers of buildup also prevent extensions from being placed – they literally fall right off and we CANNOT do the fill. The same applies for extensions that have been covered in mascara. We reserve the right to reschedule any lash appointment due to poor at home maintenance. Thank you for your understanding!
